Key's response to Sydney standoff

Yes, John Key, like Tony Abbott over the Ditch, you are responsible, not only for destroying the social fabric of this society but you are responsible for bring terrorism closer to our shores,

There is NO way this could or would have happened unless both governments had jumped in to destroy America in its war against the world (aka the “War on Terror”).

This country will never be the same by the time Key has finished with it and retreated back to Wall Street.

"The holding up of an Islamic flag in the Lindt cafe in Sydney made it feel like ISIS was the driving force behind what happened" - the PM lying, as usual.

A tragedy for the Australian families - Key

John Key said it was clear from what unfolded across the Tasman that ISIS was running an outreach campaign which was trying to tap into the disenfranchised.
The Prime Minister said the holding up of an Islamic flag in the Lindt cafe in Sydney made it feel like ISIS was the driving force behind what happened.

He said the siege made it feel like terrorism was coming closer to home and was a tragedy for the families of the Australians and for New Zealand, which treats Australians as family.

But a Labour spokesperson said the siege appeared to be an opportunistic act carried out by deeply-disturbed person acting alone.

Grant Robertson warned against the thinking that the hostage situation meant terrorism was coming closer to home.

New Zealand's parliament passed legalisation under urgency to strengthen this country's anti-terrorism laws last week. Labour supported the legislation, saying that it accepted there was an increased threat level.
